You have to talk to your doctor befor because herbs and supplements may interfere with other medicines you are taking. Also pregnant women has to be cautios about herbs.
The best Supplements and Herbs for RA`are omega 3, omega 6  Ginger ...... etc. They have anti-inflammatory effects. However, several supplements and Herbs could be harmful for patients with RA such as Arnica which can cause burns and may be poisonous.
